Quindio Gold Inc. has been acquired a portion of a private ore processor based in Colombia. Quindío Gold Inc. acquired a 30% stake in ECOSMOS OPERACIONES S.A.S, based out of Medellin, Colombia.
Ecosmos Operaciones S.A.S currently owns 2 processing facilities and is activelly working with Quindío Gold Inc. to update and modernize its current facilities in order to increase output and revenue.
Quindio Gold Inc. will loan $250,000.00 USD to Ecosmos Operaciones S.A.S for its 30% stake in the company. With this investment, Quindío Gold Inc. could see positive cash flow from its investment in as little as 90 days. This will increase Quindío’s ability to construct its new facility on an improved timeline.
